As part of the formal and technical check of the location:
  • we will prepare technical requirements and help to carry out technical verification of the premises
  • we will jointly conduct the process of internal approval of the location
  • we will provide support in negotiating the terms of the premises lease agreement on demand
As part of the support of the design department:
  • we will prepare the layout
  • we will prepare a set of design guidelines
  • we will give an opinion on the final multi-branch project prepared by the design office chosen by you
  • we will guarantee supervision over a multi-branch project carried out by a design office of your choice.
As part of the supervision over the investment:
  • we will provide a database of General Contractors and restaurant equipment suppliers
  • we will prepare a set of offers for restaurant equipment in accordance with the applicable standard (kitchen equipment, furniture, signage, etc.)
  • we will ensure participation in the process of taking over the premises from the landlord
  • we will accept the works of the General Contractor, we will verify the as-built documentation of the investment
  • we will ensure participation in official receptions of the premises prior to its opening
