FAQ

We plan to develop the network in cities with more than 60,000 citizens. Each location is considered individually and its potential is assessed.

The cost of preparing and opening a restaurant depends, among other things, on the location of the selected concept, technical conditions and prior preparation of the premises, e.g. demolition works, etc. The estimated minimum value of the investment along with the equipment and commissioning of the premises is EUR 400,000 and the initial fee of EUR 40,000.

Experience in gastronomy is not a prerequisite for cooperation. We provide our franchisees with training and support at every stage of cooperation, which allow them to improve their skills and build the franchisee's know-how. Own business experience is important, e.g. running a business and openness to cooperation with the franchisor.

Having your own premises or the possibility of renting a premises that meets the requirements of Sushi Shop is an additional advantage, but not a necessary condition for starting cooperation. Potential franchisees can count on AmRest's support in identifying and assessing the potential of the location and technical verification of the premises in order to develop the best business model.

It is possible to run several restaurants. It is important that, in addition to the financial contribution, it requires additional time and personal commitment. AmRest does not grant territorial and concept exclusivity in a given geographic area.

The process usually lasts from several weeks to several months. After the stage of presenting the business model and verifying the partner, the franchise agreement is signed.

Basic training for the franchisee lasts about 6-8 weeks, depending on the management system adopted, which covers both theoretical and practical classes in selected restaurants in the chain. Travel, accommodation and stay costs are covered by the franchisee.

AmRest has many years of experience in finding locations, designing and successfully running restaurants. The franchisee receives support in the design and equipment of the restaurant, staff training, the opening event, ongoing restaurant management, access to certified suppliers, has a secure supply chain and coaching in building sales and managing restaurants P&L.

Franchising is a paid business model that involves risk and incurring fees during the term of the contract. AmRest does not guarantee the level of sales and the amount of return on investment. Sales and P&L plans are developed individually for each location, and the results depend primarily on the franchisee's commitment and openness to cooperation.
